Tallahassee United FC is excited to announce the hiring of Alex Minton as the new Director of Coaching (DOC).  Alex has tremendous energy and soccer expertise playing NCAA Division I college soccer at Stetson University.  Alex’s coaching credentials are a Professional Footballers Association Level-2 License; NSCAA National Diploma; TUFC Coaching Staff (2006 – 2010); TUFC Technical Training Staff (2006 – 2010); ASG Florida Coaching Staff (2010 – 2011); Played for a professional club, Luton Town Football Club (England) for 10 years.  Professional Footballers Association Member (1998-2011); 

While at Stetson University Alex served as team Captain (3 years); All Academic, All Freshman conference team; All Conference (1^st team); All Conference Tournament team (3 years), and Conference Tournament MVP (2005) where he led Stetson to the qualifying round of the NCAA tournament for the first time in school history. He also was a FSU Women’s coach (2010) working with FSU coach Mark Krikorian.  Alex brings a high level of enthusiasm and integrity to the Club and we all welcome him back to the TUFC family.
