TUFC is Tallahassee’s Premier Competitive Youth Soccer Organization

Affiliations with the United States Soccer Federation through U.S. Club Soccer and Florida Youth Soccer Association allow TUFC to provide a comprehensive program that focuses on the development of competitive youth soccer players. The club trains at the newly upgraded Meadows Soccer Complex, featuring eight fields including a $700,000, regulation-size, lighted, turf field. This quality facility is one of the region’s leading soccer complexes, and provides TUFC an excellent training home.

TUFC's Philosophy and Goals

Philosophy

Competitive youth soccer should be fun and rewarding for all participants. In order to achieve this, consistent quality instruction, challenging events and activities, inclusive participation policies, and a high level of player, parent, and program staff interaction is required.

Goals

A. To provide the necessary ingredients for each competitive youth soccer player to achieve his or her individual developmental goals whether they be to participate competitively at the high school, collegiate, national or professional levels, or at local/regional recreational adult league level;

B. To establish a structured, consistent youth soccer program that is nationally recognized for its consistent high level of performance to which quality players from surrounding areas seek to participate, and which has teams competing at all levels statewide and nationally including elite, classic, and premiere.

TUFC Mission Statement - Teamwork

The TUFC provides a program that focuses on the development of competitive youth soccer players by providing a quality learning environment that emphasizes:

Sportsmanship, teamwork, and character development;
The highest level of "hands on" professional youth soccer instruction available in the area;
Clear communication of goals, objectives and expectations coupled with consistent assessment and communication of performance;
Providing an opportunity for all youth players capable of playing at a competitive level to participate;
A continuing passion for the game.

Organization

TUFC is a non-profit youth soccer development corporation duly organized in the State of Florida compliant with the tax-exempt requirements of section 501 (c) (3) of the U.S. Tax Code and holder of a sales exempt certification from the Florida Department of Revenue. TUFC has dedicated its resources to the development of a long-term, competitive youth soccer program in Tallahassee. TUFC is an affiliate in good standing of and operates in accordance with the rules and regulations of US Club Soccer and the Florida Youth Soccer Association.
