Tallahassee United Academy Report
We started technical training the first week of September, and have had great numbers (as to be expected early on). On the whole the coaches are certainly learning and getting involved which is good to see. The keenness of the coaches to help educate the players and parents (through review e-mails) is vital and I am glad to see that the coaches are doing their very best session after session.
We had a very good first play date in Albany. The standard of soccer being played by our academy teams was head and shoulders above any other team there. I have had several coaches and parents declare to me about the differences they now see in the positives of the technical training. I think that the level of both our coaches and players has improved drastically and I am proud and happy to see the parents understanding WHY we do this.
Also, know that we are being contacted daily about further supplemental try outs.
